Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Palantir Developer to design, build, and operate data solutions in the Vantage platform for the DoD. You will engineer scalable data pipelines, develop Foundry workflows, and ensure data quality and auditability in secure government cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Workshop, and related tools, plus strong Python/SQL/PySpark skills and knowledge of Databricks, Git, and CI/CD in IL4/IL5 contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience, preferably in federal environments.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and Workshop; DoD Advana/Vantage familiarity is a plus.
• Strong data modeling, pipelines, and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry workshop modules and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data models, Delta tables, and curated datasets for financial and mission analytics.
• Implement CI/CD and version-controlled workflows aligned with DoD security requirements.
