Job summary

Unit8 in the USA is seeking an experienced Deployment Strategist with deep Palantir Foundry expertise to join our US team. You will operate where strategy, data engineering, and product ownership meet, turning complex client data into structured, value-generating workflows.

You will translate business intent into technical execution, guide C-level stakeholders through digital transformation, and mentor junior colleagues while helping to expand Unit8's footprint in the US.

Qualifications

• Foundry Mastery: hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry including Ontology, Pipeline Builder, and Workshop/Slate.
• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar operational role delivering data products.
• Proven track record turning vague business problems into deployed software that generates value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data-centric solutions using Palantir Foundry, architect Ontologies, design pipelines, and build user-facing apps (Workshop/Slate).
• Move beyond dashboards; build operational applications with write-back capabilities.
• Collaborate with Unit8 Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure backend supports frontend reality and advise clients on adoption.
