Qualifications

• Previous professional paintless dent repair experience is preferred.
• PDR certification or completion of an approved training program is a plus.
• Ability to repair dents without damaging paint and to work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and evaluate dents to determine suitability for PDR.
• Repair dents, door dings, creases, and hail damage using PDR tools and techniques.
• Access damaged panels by safely removing interior components as needed.
• Use lighting and glue-pulling systems to restore panels to original appearance.
• Protect paint, trim, glass, electronics, and interiors during repair.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and document work performed.
• Complete repairs within established quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate professionally with service staff and customers.
