Job summary

Carvana is seeking a mid-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for our Manville, NJ location. This role requires at least three years of PDR experience, the ability to handle panels with glue-pulling techniques, and repair of dents on steel and aluminum vehicles. Overtime on Saturdays may be required in a high-demand environment.

Key Details:

• Site Location: Manville, NJ (08835)
• Schedule: 6:00am to 3:00pm (Day Shift)
• Days: Monday through Friday (Overtime on Saturdays, as needed)
• Pay Range: $18.00 - 31.00 hourly, based on experience and skill-level
• Sign-On Bonus of $6,000 for mid-level technicians (Level 2)

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
