Job summary

Carvana in Manville, NJ is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of automotive PDR experience and skills in accessing panels, glue-pulling, and dent repair on steel and aluminum panels.

Shift runs 6:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime on Saturdays as needed. Compensation includes $23–$31 per hour plus a $1 shift differential and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for Level 2 technicians.

Key Details:

• Site Location: Manville, NJ (08835)

As a Mid-Level PDR Technician, you'll be expected to have experience accessing panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
