Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Wisconsin is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair Technician to perform PDR services on internal and guest vehicles to the highest standards.

The role includes traveling to Dahl locations to assess, quote, and repair dents, coordinating with warranty vendors, driving the company vehicle safely, and delivering friendly, professional customer service with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. You will join a legacy of over 100 years and be supported in your career path.

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to various Dahl locations to assess, quote, and repair paintless dents on internal & guest vehicles.
• Work with warranty claim vendors for prior approvals & payments.
• Safely drive and professionally operate company vehicle to and from guest sites or Dahl locations.
• Identifying issues that may affect PDR corrections. Advise to guests and sales managers in advance.
• Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process.
• Communicate effectively, be honest, be customer service friendly, and be able to work & stay productive without direct oversight.
