Responsibilities

• Travel to Dahl locations to assess, quote, and repair paintless dents on vehicles.
• Work with warranty claim vendors for prior approvals and payments.
• Safely drive and operate the company vehicle to sites or locations.
• Identify issues affecting PDR corrections and advise guests and sales managers.
• Plan repairs with urgency and attention to detail to minimize waste.
• Communicate effectively and provide customer-friendly service with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to various Dahl locations to assess, quote, and repair paintless dents on internal & guest vehicles.
• Work with warranty claim vendors for prior approvals & payments.
• Safely drive and professionally operate company vehicle to and from guest sites or Dahl locations.
• Identifying issues that may affect PDR corrections. Advise to guests and sales managers in advance.
• Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process.
• Communicate effectively, be honest, be customer service friendly, and be able to work & stay productive without direct oversight.
