Dent Wizard in Totowa, NJ is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair dents on various vehicles at customer sites or at assigned locations.

The role starts with paid training, then a combination of hourly pay and commission as you build your customer base, with uncapped earning potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, a company vehicle, gas card, and more.

Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!

Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

Long-term earning potential: $ 60 ,000-$150,000+

What You'll Do:

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000-$150,000/year
