Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking an experienced Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves traveling to customer sites or working at a shop to repair dents using our proprietary PDR process; strong customer communication is key.

No experience required—paid training and uncapped earning potential supported by a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$50,000-$150,000/year
