Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Shift: 7:30am- 4:00pm Monday-Friday Evening, weekend, or overtime work may be required

What’s a typical day as Painting Technician? You’ll be:
Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming for painting or coating applications
Applying paints, stains, varnishes, sealants, and protective coatings to walls, ceilings, floors, doors, shelving, equipment, and manufactured ovens using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Inspecting painted surfaces and performing necessary touch‑ups or repairs to maintain appearance and safety
Mixing and matching paint colors according to specifications and maintaining painting tools and equipment
Following all safety procedures related to chemicals, ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
Cleaning and organizing work areas, and reporting maintenance and supply needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Bring experience in commercial, industrial, or warehouse painting
Are knowledgeable about painting materials, surface preparation, spray painting, and equipment maintenance
Can read and follow work orders and safety instructions accurately
Are able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work at heights
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments with exposure to paint fumes, dust, and fluctuating temperatures
