Job summary

Fresh Coat Painters is seeking an experienced Estimator to guide clients through painting projects from estimate to completion. You will survey projects, calculate labor and material costs, and present in-person proposals using Fresh Coat Branded software.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, detailing timeframes and costs, recommending materials, coordinating with the Project Manager, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and sales skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating painting projects preferred.
• Strong sales and customer relations background.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill client appointments and present estimates in person.
• Assess project requirements including time, labor, and materials.
• Finalize calculations and adjust estimates as needed.
• Present estimates professionally to clients.
• Recommend material options and coordinate with Project Manager.
• Maintain thorough project documentation using estimating software.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
