• Set the Bar for Quality & Efficiency – Guarantee clean job sites, property protection, and flawless finishes.
• Train & Develop Your Team – Provide hands‑on field training to elevate skills and efficiency.
• Own the Customer Experience – Conduct pre‑job walkthroughs, set clear expectations, and communicate daily updates with clients.
• Keep Projects Running Smoothly – Order materials, manage sundries, and seamlessly transition between projects.
• Close with Confidence – Perform final walk‑throughs, handle touch‑ups, and ensure client satisfaction before signing off.
