Qualifications

• Prior painting experience (interior and/or exterior).
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and at various heights.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Set up and break down job sites, including protecting furniture, floors, and landscaping.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales, production and scheduling managers.
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project.
