Position: Painter - Wet Spray (Experienced) - 1st Shift

If you are driven to succeed and passionate about professional growth and development, our employee-focused company may be the right fit for you. We are looking for an experienced Painter in Wet Spray on 1st shift at our West Bend, WI facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet quality, safety, and production standards.
2. Apply coatings to various substrates (large and small parts) using HVLP, electrostatic, and powder equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
3. Apply a variety of coatings including CARC, 2-part epoxy, and enamels, both solvent and waterborne.
4. Identify, troubleshoot, and correct potential quality issues related to coatings, equipment, and part presentation.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a wet paint sprayer.
3. Strong understanding of fluid delivery and atomizing setup to maximize transfer efficiency and throughput.
4. Ability to perform Mil thickness tests using Wet and Dry Mil gauges.
5. Experience in a job shop setting.
