GENERAL OVERVIEW

Perform all aspects of facility and equipment painting, including surface preparation, parking lot line stripping, and spray painting.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Paint interior and exterior facility areas, prepare surfaces as required, and apply the correct finish products. Maintain neat and orderly appearance of facility wall surfaces and exterior parking lot painting.
• Incorporate performance improvement principles into all job responsibilities. Incorporate customer service excellence principles into all job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• At least four (4) years of commercial/industrial painting experience.

Preferred

• Trade or technical school training is preferred.
