Job summary

ALL Crane Service in Columbus, OH is seeking a Painter and Paint Surface Prepper for full-time work in a body shop environment. The role includes painting, surface prep, and equipment preparation with a comprehensive benefits package and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Responsibilities include priming, painting, sandblasting materials, assembly checks, and adherence to safety standards. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting operations; willing to train and mentor.
• Able to use spray guns and respirator/fresh air system.
• Stand/walk for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, product and assemblies for painting.
• Prime, paint and sandblast materials.
• Assemble and inspect product ensuring work meets company quality standards.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other applicable regulations.
• Perform other shop and yard duties as needed.
