Job summary

ALL Crane Service in Columbus, OH is seeking a Painter and Paint Surface Prepper to work on construction equipment in a body shop setting. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment for painting, priming, painting, sandblasting, assembling and inspecting products to ensure quality, while adhering to safety rules and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting operations and safety requirements.
• Ability to use spray guns and work with respirator or air system.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to train and mentor others.
• Able to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, products and assemblies for painting.
• Prime, paint and sandblast materials.
• Assemble and inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional shop duties as required.
