JOB SUMMARY:

Check paint, acetone, and catalyst levels daily. Apply paint to doors, frames and misc. product. Maintaining spray equipment and booths.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Help other departments as needed
• Watching line

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proper and consistent spray technique
• Identify and know colors
• Product knowledge
• Reading paperwork
• Follow instructions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year previous experience

Daily Work Expectations:

To work together with other sprayers to get daily production needs met before cleanup. Meet quality of work to customer expectations. Finish day’s production. Work at a steady pace. Maintain clean work area. Quality checks. Assist other areas as needed. Daily clean up.

Work Environment/Conditions:

Prefinish facility. Spray booths. Heated, non-air conditioned shop. Concrete floors.

Required Work Hours:

Flex schedule according to workload (35-60 hour weeks) Monday-Friday with typical start time between 6:00-8:00 am. End time varies with production needs.

PPE Required:

Safety glasses. Respirator when spraying.
