Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an entry-level Restoration Helper to assist crews across our Johnson City, TN area projects. You will support lead painters, mitigation and mold teams, and perform general labor across job sites, including insulation installs and cleanup.

This role offers real on-the-job training and a path toward leadership with a team that values service and growth. Expect to work Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
• Reliability, coachability and a good attitude are required.
• Willingness to learn multiple trades and grow with the team.

• Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work.
• Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes.
• Help with general labor across job sites, including demo days and insulation installs.
• Provide a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you.
• Learn skills in restoration, remodeling and remediation.

Schedule & Requirements

• Monday-Friday (some weekends as needed)
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
