Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in Rural Hall, NC, is seeking skilled Painters to join our manufacturing shop. You will prepare surfaces and apply coatings to structural steel, while following safety policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED or related painting experience, plus strong communication. The role emphasizes growth, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED or related experience in Industrial or Auto Body Painting as determined by the plant manager.
• Good verbal communication skills with employees.
• Positive attitude; open to continuous improvement and increased responsibilities.

• Follow all EAS safety policies and procedures
• Roll/brush paint on structural steel
• Caulk as needed

Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking skilled Painters to join our manufacturing shop.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare paint surfaces
• Mix paint
• Follow all EAS safety policies and procedures
• Roll/brush paint on structural steel
• Caulk as needed

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

• Auto Body painting experience a plus
• Bondo/Repair experience a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
• Ability to perform work at heights utilizing ladders and lifts
