Job summary

The Boyd Group in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Auto Body Refinish Prepper to assist in preparing vehicles for refinishing, including masking, priming, base coats, and top coats to restore each vehicle to pre-accident condition.

You will thoroughly sand, mask, prime, and prepare each vehicle for refinishing following insurance guidelines and standards at the collision repair facility. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Apply all primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job will result.

Compensation Details

$18 - $21/ Hour Flat Rate

Flat Rate Compensation is a performance-based structure directly tied to turned hours, also referred to as booked hours. In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
