You will play a hands-on role in restoring and transforming commercial and residential properties across the region. How You Will Make An Impact

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces for smooth plastering and painting application.
• Apply structural plaster, patch damaged drywall, and execute seamless skim coating tasks.
• Apply interior and exterior finishes using professional brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Mix and match paints, stains, and specialized surface coatings to achieve exact design finishes.
• Repair surface cracks, holes, and substrate flaws before applying final coats.
• Protect client furniture, flooring, and surrounding spaces prior to work execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to all established safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to five years of proven experience in commercial and residential plastering and painting.
• Strong practical knowledge of surface prep, plaster application, patchwork, and skim coating.
• Proficiency with specialized painting tools, surface restoration equipment, and spraying setups.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and execute manual labor.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure punctual daily site attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and execute site project instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Active OSHA certification or formal safety training on active construction sites.
• Broad experience with specialized high-end residential finish techniques.
• Previous exposure to commercial renovation environments across the NYC area.
