GP Properties Management LLC, NYC-based real estate owner and operator, seeks skilled painters and plasterers for Manhattan and Brooklyn projects.

Full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, $18-$20 hourly, immediate start. Serious inquiries only. Ready to start ASAP. Tasks include preparing surfaces, plastering, patching, sanding, painting interiors and exteriors, with a focus on safety and quality in busy residential buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and plastering is required.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Own tools and transportation preferred.
