Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property in prime condition. This role focuses on maintaining public areas and guest rooms on an ongoing basis, preserving decor, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include painting, wallpaper, plaster tasks, completing daily work requests, and understanding Omni's fire alarm procedures and on-site rules.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and ability to perform upkeep tasks across public areas and guest rooms.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with guests and associates.
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs and use basic maintenance equipment.

• Qualified candidate must have good communication skills.
• Candidate must have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools (ladders, genie-lift, ect), and to include Personal protective equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and associates.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
