Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Painter/ Painter Helper for the Seattle area. The role involves prepping, sanding, masking, priming, and painting fleet vehicles in a 60-foot paint booth environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

The position is full-time with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). Pay ranges from $23 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to develop advanced painting skills on a

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive or fleet painting experience.
• Experience with sanding, masking, priming, and paint preparation.
• Experience mixing and applying paint with spray equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prepping and painting parts, along with overall body work and repair assistance.
• Prepare box trucks, fleet vehicles, and other equipment for painting.
• Sand, mask, prime, and otherwise prepare vehicle surfaces for paint.
• Mix and apply automotive paint using spray equipment.
• Match colors and maintain consistent, high-quality finishes.
• Restore and enhance the appearance of fleet vehicles.
• Follow job specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and guidelines.

Their facility includes a 60-foot paint booth capable of handling a wide variety of fleet vehicles and equipment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with prepping and painting parts, along with overall body work and repair assistance
