Opti Staffing Group in Tukwila, WA is seeking an experienced Fleet Painter to join a busy shop serving a diverse fleet of trucks and trailers.

You will prep, sand, mask, prime, and paint surfaces using spray equipment, matching colors and maintaining high-quality finishes while keeping a clean, safe work area.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and steady weekday hours, with opportunities to develop painting skills on varied fleet equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive or fleet painting experience.
• Experience with sanding, masking, priming, and paint preparation.
• Experience mixing and applying paint with spray equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and safe production work ethic.

Pay: $23-$35/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Opti Staffing Group is hiring an experienced Fleet Painter for a locally owned and family-operated business in Seattle area, and has grown from a small fleet repair shop into a trusted full-service repair facility specializing in diesel truck and trailer repairs.

Their facility includes a 60-foot paint booth capable of handling a wide variety of fleet vehicles and equipment. They take pride in quality workmanship, keeping equipment running smoothly, and providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with prepping and painting parts, along with overall body work and repair assistance
• Prepare box trucks, fleet vehicles, and other equipment for painting
• Sand, mask, prime, and otherwise prepare vehicle surfaces for paint
• Mix and apply automotive paint using spray equipment
• Match colors and maintain consistent, high-quality finishes
• Restore and enhance the appearance of fleet vehicles
• Follow job specifications and customer requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and guidelines
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

What you need to have
