Qualifications

• Three to five years of painting/wall covering experience in a residential setting.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb/descend ladders and stairs.
• Valid NC driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Our Painter is responsible for performing accurate and efficient resident apartment and common area painting and wall coverings. Duties include (but are not limited to) the interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas of the campus.

Position available

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, First Shift, with occasional evening/weekend coverage possible every 2-3 months.

Qualifications: Three to five years of painting/wall covering experience in a residential setting. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Good working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering. Ability to use power tools and painting equipment. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb/descend ladders and stairs. Ability to work cooperatively with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors, and peers. Must have a valid NC driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
