Ranew's Companies in Milner, GA is hiring an Industrial Painter to join our team on 1st shift. You will apply paint and coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces as part of a cohesive production unit.

Candidates should have real industrial coating experience, Liquid Spray or Powder Coat, and be comfortable working with safety protocols and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Painting and coating surfaces.
• Prepare Paints - Before starting a job, industrial painters prepare the paint they will use. They use measurement equipment such a viscosity cups, thickness gages and gloss gages to check the makeup of the paint and use their understanding of chemistry to mix the appropriate compounds for the job.
• Apply Paint - Painters use a variety fo techniques and tools to paint surfaces. They will use spray equipment, rollers or brushes. Industrial painters must choose the best tools for the job at hand. They paint on primers, pre-finishes and finishing coats. Some industrial painters must use special equipment such as self-contained suits or protective wear.
• Clean Work Areas - Industial painters clean up the area after they have finished a job. They must carefully follow all guidelines for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste.

Ranew's Companies is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team in Milner, GA.

Industrial painters apply paint and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces… and work as part of a team. We are looking for Industrial Painters with real industrial coating experience, Liquid Spray or Powder Coat.

Location: Milner, GA

Salary: $14 - $18 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
