Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic MIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial-style painting; familiarity with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting (cleaning, masking, sanding).
• Mix paints, primers, and coatings per specs.
• Apply coatings using spray equipment and approved methods.
• Monitor thickness, coverage, and finish quality; inspect finished products.
