Park View, a Cassia community, is seeking a Painter/Maintenance Worker to join our team! If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to use your skills in a meaningful way. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.

As a Painter/Maintenance Worker at Park View, you’ll assist with painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks to help keep our campus safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents and staff. Position Type:Part-Time

Shift:Day (flexible)

• 8 hours per week (8 hours 1 day per week or 4 hours 2 day per week)
  
  

Pay Range:$23.80 - $29.20 / hour depending on experience.

Location:200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313

Maintenance Worker responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff
• Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed
• Implement and schedule a preventative maintenance program
• Follow through on projects with little supervision
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job-related instructions
• Keep detailed reports on ongoing and completed projects
  
  

Maintenance worker skills and requirements:

• Prior experience in painting preferred
• Prior experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work a plus
• Must be available to work on-call as needed
• Able to make repairs inside and outside of the building
• Able to use basic hand tools
