FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a reliable Painter to maintain building interiors and exteriors. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply paint, and touch up as needed across common areas and units.
The role requires 2–3 years of painting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and good communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors or indoors as required. Full-time with benefits.

Pay: $21 - $22/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Sat & Sun OFF)
As a Painter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining building/facility by cleaning surfaces mixing and applying paint and other finishers; Prepares interior and exterior surfaces of building/units/common areas; Position may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision.
