About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you'll bring a wide range of custom parts and surfaces to life through expert-level coating and finish work. You'll have your hands in all stages of the painting process-from prep to final coat-ensuring every detail meets our top-tier standards.

This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime during peak production periods. We offer steady hours, a supportive team, and the chance to work on projects that are anything but ordinary.

What You'll Do

• Mix and match primers, top coats, and specialty finishes to exact specifications

• Prep surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking for flawless application

• Apply paint using professional spray equipment with precision and consistency

• Conduct detailed quality checks and correct surface flaws or inconsistencies

• Maintain a clean, organized booth and keep spray equipment in good working order

• Properly handle, store, and dispose of coatings and hazardous materials

• Track inventory of paint supplies and materials

• Support other shop or fabrication tasks when needed-teamwork is key

• Maintain punctuality and reliability during regular hours and when OT is needed

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or commercial painting

• Familiarity with a variety of finishes, coatings, and surface materials

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, paint formulas, and safety protocols

• Physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching

• Comfortable working on ladders and in a variety of environments

• Able to wear PPE and follow all safety standards, especially in spray booths

• Dependable transportation to our Sturtevant, WI facility

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
