Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 1 PM - $19.50/hr (Paint Hanger) or Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (Laser Shaker)

Additional Compensation: Daily and Saturday overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Loading, transferring, and unloading parts on/from the paint line
  • Process parts by hanging/racking for paint application
  • Inspect quality of parts before and after finishing
  • Perform duties safely, wearing required PPE (e.g., Tyvek suit, bump cap)
  • Work in a high heat environment
  • Handle stock and prepare racks for burn-off
  • Maintain proper counts and report scrap
  • Keep work environment clean
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to perform highly repetitive tasks in manufacturing
  • Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience or related knowledge

Physical Demands

Regularly required to talk, hear, manipulate objects, stand, walk, and occasionally lift 25-50 pounds. Periods of sitting, close vision, and occasional travel are expected.
