Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional painting experience.
• Exterior painting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on ladders and elevated structures.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint to decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and exterior surfaces.
• Work safely on ladders, elevated surfaces, and shared-access areas.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites in occupied HOA communities.
• Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members.
