Job description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Industrial Painter Helper in Franklin NH to assist our painting crew with various tasks related to surface preparation, painting, and clean-up. The Painter Helper will support painters in completing industrial painting projects efficiently and safely.

Pay is $25-33 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, masking, and cleaning.

• Set up ladders, scaffolding, drop cloths, and other necessary equipment.

• Mix and match paint colors and materials under supervision.

• Load, unload, and organize painting tools and materials.

• Assist with applying primers, sealers, and paint to surfaces.

• Clean brushes, rollers, and other painting tools after use.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on job sites.

• Perform other general labor or maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in painting or construction is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
