Appellation Healdsburg is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Engineering & Facilities team. The role focuses on maintaining the property’s visual excellence through interior and exterior painting, finishing, and surface care.

Responsibilities include surface prep, applying paints, maintaining guest areas, and ensuring high-end appearance while coordinating with other teams and following safety guidelines. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (hospitality or commercial preferred).
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with finishes, textures, and specialty coatings
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance or facilities work
