As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Painter is to contribute to the aesthetic appeal and maintenance of the hotel by applying preparatory materials, paints, and stains to various surfaces. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper preparation of surfaces before painting, which may involve cleaning, sanding, priming, and applying the appropriate coats of paint or stain to achieve the desired finish and appearance. This role will follow a preventive maintenance schedule to conduct regular inspections, identifying areas that require touch-ups or repainting, and addressing them in a timely manner to uphold the overall quality and aesthetics of the hotel.
