Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year painting experience for a commercial facility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate a motor vehicle when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces to be painted; remove old paint, wash, and fill holes with putty.
• Paint surfaces throughout the property using a range of brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Apply various finishes, primers, or sealers to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain the working area is safe and clean in line with company regulations and policies.
• When needed, assist the groundskeeping team with tasks.
• Operate a motor vehicle when necessary.
