Howard University Hospital is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Facilities Management team. You will perform painting across the Health Center—from surface preparation to finish work, decorative effects and signage—ensuring patient care areas, clinical spaces and public corridors remain clean, safe and welcoming for patients, families and staff who use them daily.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and Journeyman painter qualifications or equivalent experience.

This position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement with Local 2094 and is compensated according to the Local 2094 wage scale for Grade 2094-17. The hourly base pay range for this position is $23.14 – $37.04. Placement within the range is determined by the applicable wage scale and contract provisions. Shift and weekend differentials are paid in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
