Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA, is seeking skilled painters to support our heavy-duty truck up-fit operations. You will set up and operate painting equipment, mix and apply coatings, and follow blueprints to ensure quality parts and finished units.

The role requires blueprint literacy, shop math, and basic welding inspection understanding. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred trade school training. This is a day shift position with comprehensive benefits.

• Must be able to read blueprints and use shop math.
• Set up and operate painting equipment listed in the job description.
• Understand weld inspection processes and steel types/gauges.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cup gun, air-assisted airless gun, and Hydra-Cat mixing equipment.
• Mix and apply paint to component parts and finished units.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

DAY SHIFT - 5:00AM to 3:00PM - 20-minute paid lunch

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Painters are responsible for the set-up and operation of the following equipment: cup gun, air-assisted airless gun, Hydra-Cat mixing equipment. Painters are also responsible for mixing and applying paint to component parts and finished units. Painters may be assigned other related duties other than those herein specified.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
