Job summary

Arcosa Shoring Products in Union City, MI is seeking a 1st shift Industrial Painter. You will prepare, coat and finish metal surfaces by operating conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial painting experience.
• Ability to operate all equipment in that area safely.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Follow all safety rules and practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, surfaces and structures for coverage with paint or other finishes.
• Operate conventional and airless spray equipment to apply finishes on metal surfaces.
• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane and zinc epoxies per prescribed formulas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety rules and practices.

Arcosa Shoring Products is seeking a 1st shift Industrial Painter in our Union City, MI operations. As a Painter, you'll prepare, coat and finish metal and/or other surfaces by operating conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of services.

Arcosa Shoring Products makes trench shoring equipment for the construction industry. Our dedicated team builds high-quality trench shields and shoring products that are made to last.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 6 am to 3:30 pm

• Operate conventional and airless equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces
• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies and water borne paint systems according to a prescribed formula
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all safety rules and practices
