The role of the Painter/Blaster II is primarily to ensure the proper finishing of all assemblies, including painting and galvanizing, before shipment. This position demands experience and expertise in air and airless spray painting, particularly in operating such paint equipment. It also requires proficiency in comprehending and executing paint manufacturer's instructions, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), sequencing work, and appropriately handling and setting up heavy materials manually, with overhead cranes, and using forklifts.
