What you'll do

• Handle a paint gun and perform maintenance as needed.
• Organize and perform painting steps in sequence.
• Sand and prep surfaces for epoxy primer.
• Thin paints to proper viscosity for application and coverage.
• Adjust sprayer settings to achieve desired finish and coverage; maintain equipment and booth cleanliness.
• Learn fiberglass repair, gel coat, resin application, etc.
• Spray finish coats for fiberglass repairs.
• Identify and correct paint-related issues.
• Move across shop areas, meet deadlines, and work long hours when necessary.
• Follow Terex quality standards with zero defects.
• Operate forklifts per Terex policies.

The compensation range is $21.00-$22.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
