AVISTA RENTALS LLC in Myrtle Beach is seeking an experienced painter to join our team. You will be responsible for painting interiors and exteriors, using the proper equipment, and keeping work areas clean.

The role requires safety awareness, ability to work on various surfaces (drywall, plaster, wallpaper), and collaboration with maintenance staff. We offer a flexible first shift, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life, and a 401K with matching.

Qualifications

• Experience with paints, plasters, drywall, wallpaper, and related materials.
• Ability to work in interior and exterior environments.
• Reliable and able to maintain equipment.

Thepainter will keep track of all equipment and clean up their work area aftereach job. Candidates must have the ability to work with paints, plasters,drywall, wallpaper, and other painting materials. The painter will work on theinterior and exterior of the building. The person in this role may alsoassist in unit maintenance.
