This role offers hands-on learning, a friendly work environment, and the chance to grow within a respected residential and commercial painting company. You will support daily painting tasks, maintain job-site cleanliness, and perform prep work with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently and 50-100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to use ladders and power equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean up job sites and keep them orderly.
• Prepare surfaces by masking, sanding, caulking and priming.
• Learn and apply painting techniques for cutting in, rolling walls and ceilings.
• Greet customers and work with the team to ensure smooth job execution.
