Job summary

Nolan Painting in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Painter Apprentice to join our team. We offer competitive wages of $17–$19 per hour and a range of benefits including a 401(k) match, an HSA with company match, PTO, and opportunities to earn additional PTO.

As a Painter Apprentice you will learn on the job, help prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, and maintain a clean, safe job site. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, mornings starting around 7:00–7:30 am, with overtime possible

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently and 50-100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to use ladders and power equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean up the job site and keep it neat and orderly.
• Prepare surfaces, sand, caulk, and prime before painting.
• Learn and apply painting techniques, cut-in, rolling walls/ceilings.
• Greet customers and work with the team to ensure smooth projects.
