Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Painter (2nd Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.53 - $29.29 plus a $1 shift differential. Salary is based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform industrial painting and powder coating on production materials according to specifications
• Prepare materials by mixing coatings, unpackaging, cleaning, and moving products
• Apply coatings accurately using specified prints and measuring tools
• Clean and maintain painting equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Move materials as needed using carts
• Ensure quality standards through document review and inspections
• Perform other duties and flex to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably with powder paint systems and air guns
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Reside within 50 miles of Williamsburg, VA (no relocation benefits)
