Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a dedicated painter to prepare aircraft surfaces for painting and apply primers, paints, and coatings to deliver high-quality finishes. You will read technical drawings, mix paints, and ensure proper application while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires experience in aerospace painting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply primers, paints, and coatings to aircraft surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and other tools.
• Ensure the proper mixing and application of paint materials to achieve desired finish and durability.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as required.
