Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Wichita, KS seeks a painting operator to assist in surface preparation, mix paints, and maintain a clean, organized work area. You will follow formulas, prepare aerospace components, and support the painting process on a Friday to Sunday shift.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, stand for extended periods, and lift/push heavy loads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in paint a plus, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Valence Surface Technologies is a full-service surface finishing company specializing in the commercial aerospace, defense, space and satellite industries. With ten strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.

Shift Schedule Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM, 36 hours, paid for 40.

Position Summary:
