Job summary

AKG North American Operations Inc is seeking a powder coating line operator to paint coolers according to work orders and AKG guidelines. You will read detailed instructions, handle basic computer tasks, and ensure powder levels are adequate on the production line.

Responsibilities include unloading and hanging coolers, inspecting coated products, packing as indicated, meeting quotas, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

• Lift the cooler off the paint line once the process is complete.
• Inspect the quality of the cooler after powder coating and touch up if needed.
• Add plugs or package the coolers as indicated on the work order.
• Meet production quotas and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Report issues to the Supervisor or appropriate personnel promptly.
• Adhere to AKG EMS policies and attendance requirements.

11. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and/or requirements set forth in AKG’s environmental management system (EMS).
